    • All Purpose Flour/Maida – 1 tablespoon
    • Corn flour – 1/2 tablespoon
    • Ginger garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
    • Egg White – from one egg
    • Red Chilly Paste – 1.5 teaspoon
    • Pepper Powder – 3/4 teaspoon
    • Tomato Sauce – 1 teaspoon
    • Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
    • Salt – As needed
How To
  • Marinate sliced chicken pieces using the ingredients mentioned above (the section, For Marination). Keep this in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Meantime heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and fry cashew nuts. Keep this aside.
  • In the same pan fry the marinated chicken till it starts turning brown. For this, if needed, add more oil.
  • Drain the fried chicken slices in tissue paper.
  • Next step is to make gravy. Drain excess oil from the pan. Have only 1-2 tablespoons of oil in. Add sliced onions and green chillies. Add salt and stir fry.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Now we can add sliced capsicums. Don’t let it cook too much after adding capsicums. It tastes good, when its crunchy.
  • Simmer the flame. Add tomato sauce and soya sauce. Mix well. Add fried chicken and cashew nuts. Stir fry for few minutes and serve hot.
